Ultima moulders
Because product variety is a major loyalty driver for bakers, JAC is introducing the Ultima vertical moulder. The Ultima is equipped with an electronic variator allowing to act on the differential speed of the lengthening chambers. By reducing the speed, the moulder adapts ideally to Tradition dough by offering very gentle work, combined with respect for the honeycombing of the dough. By increasing the speed, the Ultima promotes the lengthening and shaping of a very regular stick. His credo: know how to do everything.

Shapers HF JAC
The range of JAC moulders is wide and allows everyone to find the right moulder for their product range. The HF is the horizontal moulder of the range. Horizontal shaping allows you to work with a minimum of pressure on the dough because it is not necessary to fight against gravity to circulate the dough. The disadvantage of the HF is its larger size than a vertical moulder, the advantage, in addition to respecting the dough, is its more sustained rate.
