The ARCHIPEL concept is based on individual modules allowing various productions of different capacities, weight ranges or shapes.

The Archipel automatic group is composed of 3 or 4 pieces of equipment (a volumetric divider, a conical rounder, a proofing chamber and a moulder or divider volumetric with rounding tile, a proofing chamber and a moulder) depending on the type of bread made.

Composed of a dynamic swing of 329 pockets, the automatic group can shape up to 1200 pieces/hour with a adjustable rest time.

- High precision: thanks to its precise, reliable volumetric divider, with variable speed, equipped with a stainless steel flour duster each piece of dough is made the same weight (between 120g to 700g). The dynamic swing with 329 pockets allows each piece of dough to rest for 10 to 32 minutes depending on the pace.

- Easy maintenance: the materials have been chosen to guarantee optimal cleaning. The quantities of oil and flour are reduced, which reduces cleaning costs and limits the risk of inhaling flour dust.
