During a power cut, it is possible to unload the proofing chamber manually. An emptying key is provided for this purpose.
A guarantee of robustness
The self-supporting structure of the relaxation chamber is made of food-grade epoxy painted steel. The braced shafts ensure excellent rigidity.
A guaranteed throughput of 1,200 parts/hour which significantly reduces preparation time compared to manual handling of these operations.
Easy upkeep and maintenance
All the relaxation chambers are mobile thanks to casters (including 2 with brakes) installed under the chassis. The limit switches are adjustable from the outside without any dismantling.
The relaxation chambers of the BP range are available in automatic or manual version, from 62 to 84 swings, in 2 widths, allowing reach a capacity of 260 to 588 dough pieces.
Notes: On all BP chambers, the turning device is retractable. Therefore, BP expansion chambers can be filled completely. In this case, the number of useful swings corresponds to the total number of swings.
