Description
VMI's Bottom Drain Spiral Mixers (VPF) are a compact and very economical automated kneading solution. Thanks to the tank unloading system from the bottom, the overall dimensions of the installation are reduced and adapt very effectively to production constraints (reduced ceiling height). The wide range of mixing tools and the intuitive control system allow you to make all types of dough, from medium to very hydrated. Combined with a lift/tilt system, bottom-drain mixers can produce up to 2 tonnes per hour with the assistance of a single operator.
