BLUE CARE are Positive Conservation Cabinets (-5°C to +10°C), intended to accommodate grids in 400x600 or 600x800 mm format. The Blue Care range is available in a Gastronorm version with two models designed to accommodate GN 2/1 format grids: 1 door model (700 liters) and 2 doors (1400 liters).

Your semi-finished or finished pastry products are kept in ideal conditions thanks to theindirect ventilation refrigeration of BLUE CARE. They also perfectly preserve toppings and icings. This flow of cold air, which is from front to back, guarantees the maintenance of the quality of your products with optimal performance and great flexibility of use.
