The material is shipped under the buyer's responsibility and is subject to the recipient's risk.

It is imperative to check in the presence of the carrier the number of packages in relation to the transport document, the condition of the equipment and the contents of the packages, regardless of the condition of the packaging. In the event of non-compliance, such as missing or damaged packages, please note immediately on the carrier's voucher the number of missing packages as well as the details of the damage or damage in a legible manner. Any package deemed unusable must be refused. Please confirm the dispute by registered letter to the carrier with a copy to info@fournilconcept.com within 48 hours. No complaints will be taken into account for goods unpacked after the departure of the carrier, these being considered compliant.

Otherwise, Fournil Concept cannot be held responsible for this damage, and under no circumstances can payment for the goods be called into question for these reasons.

ATTENTION :

During delivery, especially for heavy and bulky products, please provide help to unload the material. The delivery people are not movers and, as a general rule, simply deliver the products, you will have to arrange to bring the equipment home yourself.

*Our delivery times are indicative and not contractual, in particular for shipments outside mainland France. Indeed, these deadlines can be modified independently of our will, for example due to customs blockages.
