Description

- Robust design: The Equinoxe is the ally of intensive production thanks to its 100% 304 stainless steel casing and its particularly robust tank of the made of its cast aluminum.

- Anti-flour spray device: em>Bertrand Puma was one of the first manufacturers to be concerned about the harmful impact of volatile flour dust on your health. This is why Equinoxe incorporates, as standard, an anti-projection device for this dust.

- The rise of trowels push these particles towards a totally hermetic network: they will be collected in a flour bin at the back of the machine.

- Precision: In the Platinium version, Equinoxe is equipped on the front with a tamping pressure adjustment button in order to adapt to the hardest and most flexible doughs. It also has a button for adjusting the tamping time allowing you to fully control and optimize the degassing of the dough. The return switch makes it possible to switch from a half-vat mode to a full-vat mode depending on the volume of dough to be divided.
