ONYX is a real baker's oven - pastry chef, ready to chain cooking and respond to your needs. It will find its place in your shop thanks to its small size and its resolutely modern design.

The Onyx oven is designed to be easy to use, while being robust:

- Windows can be cleaned without tools: the framed windows are removable without tools, while being completely waterproof thanks to their profiled seals.

- Energetic fogging device : adapted to a high rate, it diffuses a generous mist according to your needs thanks to its dissociated piloting between the stages.

- Maintenance access from the front: the electric column is easily unlocked and maintenance is done from the front, allowing the oven to be built-in on 3 sides.

- The integrated riser is precise and light: its ease of guidance accompanied by a robust lock allows precise positioning in front of each oven opening.

- Easy-touch control: a new modern and intuitive control allows easy regulation of the cooking of your bread. It combines a recipe book, access to an economical mode for your electricity consumption, and easy adjustment.

Baguettes in express mode: Thanks to the specific design of the cooking chambers, the ONYX oven can bake traditional baguettes in 18 minutes. This saves you up to 2 hours of cooking time per day! But also 2 hours of electricity consumption.

A real pastry oven:The presence of oura on each floor, as well as the possibility of opening the doors during cooking in order to evacuate humidity and dry the products , make ONYX an oven particularly well suited to the production of pastry. The raised chamber on the top floor can accommodate the largest pieces and offers you even more cooking possibilities.

Compactness and Sobriety: ONYX represents up to 6 .4m² of cooking on 2.8m² of store area. It is also up to 100 baguettes (depending on the type) that cook at the same time on the 5 soles.
