Description
The 1032 fixed bowl oblique axis mixer is ideal for making special breads, pastries or pizza dough in small and medium quantities (30 liter bowl volume). It can be equipped with a 2-branch or 3-branch aluminum fraseur (recommended for making pizza dough). Its transparent cover with ingredient addition hatch makes it easy to intervene during production in progress.
