The Rubis oven is a versatile oven while being a specialist thanks to its 3 modules:
- The Baker module: Equipped with a 13mm sole in refractory materials, it has been fitted with a new generation of steam generator. Well insulated and energy-efficient, it will allow you to bake all types of bread with perfect regularity.
- The pastry module: thanks to its bottom made of black sheet metal with spikes, this module allows you to bake the most demanding and delicate pastry products, whether on a tray, rimmed, light or not. Steam can be added as an option.
- The pizza module: Tested and approved throughout Developed by a French Champion in the discipline, the pizza module allows you to cook thin or thick pasta (of the "teglia" type) on a special sole.
- Each floor is a real independent oven: it has its own insulation, its manual vent, its regulation. This construction makes it possible to imagine a post-purchase evolution with the addition of a module that is easy and quick to install.
