• The Stratus Senior rolling mill XL is also available in a Platinum version, the entire table has been reinforced for cutting, accommodates as standard a frame for supporting tools with a cutting tool included (interchangeable tools to order). Other cutting tool formats are available as accessories. For even greater precision and comfort, this rolling mill has a digital display of cylinder opening, a double speed selector, as well as a dual control pedal for work cycle reversals.

The STRATUS range from Bertand Puma is made up of table-top rolling mills (Junior) and pedestal models (Senior and Senior XL). The Junior tabletop laminator will be able to fit into the smallest workspaces. With a distance of 700mm between its feet, it can be placed on a pastry tower for even more practicality. For an even smaller footprint, STRATUS rolling mills have removable tables that fold upwards.
