The Rollform is a horizontal shaper for working with a minimum of pressure on the dough because it is not necessary to fight against gravity to circulate the dough. It is equipped with an ingenious belt system with self-tensioning (JAC patent) allowing the dough to be rolled up without degassing it. The rolling rollers have been removed to carry out winding (shaping) that respects the structure of the dough => zero stress.
