The range of JAC moulders is wide and allows everyone to find the right moulder for their product range. The HF is the horizontal moulder of the range. Horizontal shaping allows you to work with a minimum of pressure on the dough because it is not necessary to fight against gravity to circulate the dough. The disadvantage of the HF is its larger size than a vertical moulder, the advantage, in addition to respecting the dough, is its more sustained rate. Fitted with two rolling rollers, it will make it possible to shape up to 1800 pieces per hour. It can be placed on a base, on a rest room or on your work surface.
