JAC has developed the Optima, a moulder for large productions which is completely complementary to the range of automatic bread-making groups. This development was carried out with two objectives: productivity and versatility. Productivity because it is fundamental in baking. Versatility, because tools today, including for large productions, must be flexible. White baguette, Tradition baguette, calibrated bread, flat bread, cutting individual bread rolls without loss… the Optima, depending on the options chosen, will meet your needs. Designed in stainless steel, it is the Swiss knife of shaping.
