The SPI 53 & 63 are ideal for making small volumes of pasta ranging from 1.6 kg to 40 kg*. Thanks to its one-and-a-half-turn spiral tool, dough penetration is further improved and kneading is optimized. These kneaders are recommended for the production of traditional breads, special breads and pastries. The SPI 63 Digy version is equipped with an automatic lifting head, unique on the market, facilitating the emptying of the tank and its cleaning, this also allows easy access to the tools as well as to the tank. The Digy touch panel is intuitive, allowing simple and programmable recipe settings. The SPI 63 Digy is available in the Snacking version, to extend the range of recipes to pastries and savory preparations. The kneader comes with a paddle and a scraper. The quick-attach system makes it easy to interchange tools (spiral and whip optional). The SPI 63 Digy Snacking is equipped with an automatic head lift, a drain plug and can be mounted on a wheel kit to facilitate movement (as an accessory).
